 As part of our research team, you’ll conduct telephone interviews using provided scripts and data entry tools to collect critical public health information. No cold calling, no selling - just meaningful conversations that make a difference.

 📋 What You’ll Do:

 Conduct phone surveys using a computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system
 
 </li>
 <li data-start="1064" data-end="1137">
 
 Ask scripted, multiple-choice questions and record answers accurately
 
 </li>
 <li data-start="1138" data-end="1189">
 
 Stay neutral and professional during interviews
 
 </li>
 <li data-start="1190" data-end="1246">
 
 Maintain high data quality and performance standards
 
 </li>
 <li data-start="1247" data-end="1311">
 
 Collaborate with team leads and peers to develop your skills

 ✅ What You’ll Need:

 PA, OH, TX, KY, KS, GA, IN, IA, NH, NC, ND, VA, WV, WI, WY, SC, SD, TN, UT, OK, NV, MS, MO, MT, LA, ID, AR, AL
 
 </li>

 Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
 
 </li>
 <li data-start="1572" data-end="1613">
 
 Clear and professional phone presence
 
 </li>
 <li data-start="1614" data-end="1650">
 
 Basic computer/data entry skills
 
 </li>
 <li data-start="1651" data-end="1703">
 
 Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
 
 </li>
