 As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll lead the front-end team and deliver exceptional service while promoting store programs and supporting daily operations.

 🔍 Key Responsibilities:

 Lead by example at the front of the store, creating a welcoming customer experience

 Supervise associates, assign registers, and manage break schedules
 
 </li>

 Train and mentor team members on customer engagement and loyalty programs
 
 </li>

 Address customer issues professionally and promptly
 
 </li>

 Ensure execution of store plans and tasks with proper prioritization
 
 </li>

 Promote TJX loyalty and credit programs
 
 </li>

 Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
 
 </li>

 ✅ Qualifications:
</h3>

 Required:

 1+ year of retail experience
 
 </li>

 6+ months in a leadership role
 
 </li>

 Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
 
 </li>
 <li data-start="1698" data-end="1764">
 
 Willingness to work flexible hours (including nights/weekends)
 
 </li>

 Team player with ability to train others and respond to changing priorities
 
 </li>

 Preferred:
